Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Pawlio, a record-keeping tool for pet care professionals. By creating an account or using Pawlio you agree to them.

1. What Pawlio is — and is not

Pawlio helps you keep client, pet and vaccination records and share summaries with owners. It is a record-keeping tool only. It does not provide veterinary, medical or legal advice, and it does not replace a veterinarian’s records. You are responsible for checking vaccination information against the official records before relying on it.

2. Your account

  • Give accurate information and keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity under your account, including the logins you create for caregivers.
  • Individual and Team accounts are separate accounts, even if they use the same email.
  • Team administrators decide who their caregivers are and which pets each caregiver can see.

3. Your data

You own the records you enter. You give Pawlio permission to store and process them only to run the service for you. You are responsible for having the right to store your clients’ information (such as owner names, phone numbers and addresses) and for using it lawfully. 4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse Pawlio: no unlawful content, no attempts to break, overload or bypass the service or its plan limits, and no accessing data that is not yours.

5. Plans, payments and renewals

  • Free plans are free. Paid plans (Pro, Pet Pack, Team Pro and Team Master) are a single payment that covers one year from the day you pay. Prices are shown in US dollars on the Pricing section.
  • Paid plans do not renew automatically. You are never charged again unless you choose to buy again.
  • Payments are processed by PayPal. Pawlio never sees or stores your card number.
  • The Pet Pack adds pets to the Pro plan and ends together with your Pro plan.
  • When a paid plan ends, your account returns to the Free limits. Nothing is deleted, but you cannot add more pets or caregivers than the Free plan allows until you buy a plan again.
  • Plan limits (pets and caregivers) are enforced by Pawlio.

6. Refunds

If Pawlio is not what you expected, contact us through the Support page within 7 days of your payment and we will refund it in full. After that, payments are not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Pawlio available and your data safe, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. We may improve or change features, and we may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app or by email.

8. Ending your account

You can stop using Pawlio at any time and ask us to delete your account and data through Support. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

9. Liability

Pawlio is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Pawlio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on the records you enter, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Pawlio in the 12 months before the claim.
